General Procurement Manager IT

The General Procurement Manager IT will be responsible for all IT procurement at Rail programme, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulations. As the primary contact with Rail’s General Procurement Lead, this role responsibilities include coordinating IT procurement tasks with the Supply Market Team, creating procurement plans, and managing supplier selection and contracts. Additionally, while the role doesn't have a budget, but has an influence over Rail’s overall procurement budget, it manages a supply chain team, maintains contract registers, and ensures efficient operation of the purchase-to-pay system for IT procurement.
