Shift Pattern Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00

Main duties and responsibilities

▪ To carry out planned preventative maintenance on all building fabric under our control as per the Plant CMMS / CAFM system

▪ Assist the engineering team to carry out planned preventative maintenance on all equipment under our control as per the Plant CMMS / CAFM system

▪ Ensure that all contractors and staff are H&S compliant including management & creation of documents for SSOW

▪ Property & Facility related inspections and maintain appropriate records in line with Good Practice requirements.

▪ Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and Good Practice, and ensure compliance with the 6(Sorting, Simplify, Sweep, Standardise, Sustain, Safety) during maintenance wor...
