General Operative Role

We are currently recruiting for a General Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company. This is a hands-on role within a busy production environment, offering clear progression and competitive pay rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Move stock, work-in-progress, and finished goods safely around the factory.
• Supply machinists with the correct materials to keep production running smoothly.
• Read and understand production paperwork and measurements.
• Accurately work with both imperial and metric measurements.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and storing materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Follow all company health and safety procedures.
• Support other production departments as required.
