I am currently partnering with a well-capitalised investment platform that is actively deploying capital across Africa and seeking an experienced investment professional to join its Dubai-based team.
This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a strong background in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Principal Investments, Corporate Development, or M&A to take a leading role in evaluating, executing, and managing strategic investment opportunities across multiple African markets.
Primary Focus of execution would be : Agribusiness / Agriculture & Food Processing
Key responsibilities include:- Leading end-to-end investment and M&A transactions
- Financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and transaction execution
