O ur client, a well-known hotel, is hiring for a general manager. This role will oversee daily hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experience and operational efficiency. Lead and manage department heads across front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and profitability. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and stakeholders.
Job Requirements: Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leadership role in the hospitality industry. Strong understanding of hotel operations, budgeting, and revenue management. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to drive performance and manage cross-functional teams. Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
