Overview
The General Manager, Aftersales Services is responsible for the overall management, performance, and strategic direction of the Aftersales division. This role oversees dealership aftersales operations, service excellence, profitability, customer satisfaction, and staff management while ensuring alignment with retail standards and business objectives.
