Job Description

Red Chair Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced General Manager for one of our clients based in Co. Limerick
Your main responsibility will be to manage and lead the overall running of the business which will include managing and meeting targets. You will also be required to report to the CEO of the company on a regular basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES
To drive sales and growth within the company

Evaluate market trends, competition, and regulatory changes to identify growth opportunities and potential risks

Develop and manage the budget for the pharmacy group, ensuring financial targets are met

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork
