Directly manage the Maintenance team for GO Transit and UP Express fleets (approximately 855 employees).
Ensure safe, prompt, and courteous service in accordance with corporate policies, government regulations, and Canadian Rail Operating Rules.
Oversee train maintenance performance reports and coordinate with host railways.
Develop and maintain training/refresher programs to ensure competence.
