Job Overview

The General Manager LAC will oversee Virtuoso’s global operations in the market. The role is responsible for the regional business plan (specifically the Regional Playbook and Regional Budget). GM’s are accountable for governance and operationalization of the business plan in sync with the global enterprise business plan. Regional business plans involve extensive divisional collaboration and GM’s play a lead role in the research, prioritization, communication, and forecast review. The GM must have a keen understanding of global policies and ensure regional relevancy. GM’s must provide expert input into cultural, political and operational challenges in the market. The regional budgets are a key financial outcome of the regional business plan and as such financial KPI’s are a key area of accountability.
