General Manager This is an interim, leave‑driven assignment only. Employment is for a fixed term and exists solely to provide coverage while the GM’s protected medical/LTD leave. The assignment will automatically end upon the GM’s return. No promise or expectation of continued or permanent employment.
Salary range: $55,000 to $115,000 annually. Salary may vary based on geographic location, experience, education, and skill level. The position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.

Manage the store to achieve planned growth and profit goals
Accurately report financial measures and transactions
Manage inventory supply to ensure adequate availability of merchandise at all times
