General Manager-Industrial and Commercial BESS Overseas Business Development

We are looking for a seasoned business leader to drive the growth of the industrial and commercial Battery Energy Storage System business line in international markets. The incumbent will orchestrate a direct report team of 100 employees to achieve business goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Strategic Management: Responsible for the global overseas strategic analysis, positioning, business architecture, operating models, competitive strategies, and implementation planning of the Energy Storage Division in alignment with the company’s strategic layout.
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Formulate global energy storage sales strategies and plans, quantify sales targets, and organize execution to achieve the annual sales goals set by the company.
