What You'll Own

You'll lead a portfolio of regional businesses, bringing rigor and clarity to areas where it's currently lacking financial discipline, talent and performance management, client strategy, and operational standardization. You'll define what great looks like — the ideal client, the right service model, the metrics that matter — and then build the systems and culture to sustain it.
