Our client, a well-established organisation in Stellenbosch, has an excellent opportunity for an experienced General Manager (Finance & Operations) to lead the overall management and strategic performance of the business.
This role is ideally suited to a commercially minded leader with 5–6 years' senior management experience gained within a large estate, hospitality, retail, leisure, or service-driven environment. The successful candidate will possess strong financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, cash flow management, financial reporting, and commercial decision-making, together with proven operational leadership experience.
