Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Provide in-depth financial analysis, variance reporting, and management information to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor financial performance against targets and recommend corrective actions.
• Accounting & Financial Reporting
• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS).
• Ensure integrity of the general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll accounting, and fixed assets.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.

AP & AR Process

• Oversee the full AP cycle — invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors within agreed credit terms and as per underlying agreement / PO.
