General Manager, Colombia — Growth & Originals

Fever Colombia is seeking a General Manager to lead a growing team in Bogota, developing, launching, and managing events from A to Z. You will own the region’s P&L, drive local partnerships, and collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and other departments to scale Fever’s footprint.

You will manage a multi-disciplinary team, set growth strategies, monitor KPIs, and represent Fever at local events. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with a strong track record of leadership in complex
