SUMMARY:
DBN General Manager (Cargo) - Durban South Purpose of the job: To manage and mentor the team toward operational excellence, increased branch profitability, and superior customer satisfaction Required Qualifications

1. Matric (as a minimum)
2. Shipping or logistics qualification – not negotiable
3. Minimum of 5 years managerial experience in operational role or similar position
4. Minimum of 7 experience in import Bill of Entry tariffing and import and export procedures (sea and air, groupage and FCLs) as a Client Controller
5. Working Knowledge of SARS Tariffing and rules and regulations for bill of entry processing, especially for imports where duty is applicable
6. Computer literacy: Outlook and Excel, and beneficial if worked on Shipshape
