• Oversee all hotel operations across departments F/B, F/O, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Finance, HR.
• Drive occupancy, revenue, and overall profitability.
• Lead, train, and manage departmental heads and staff.
• Improve service delivery and guest experience.
• Implement operational systems, SOPs, and performance standards.
• Ensure strong financial control and cost management.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hotel General Management experience.
