One partner leading overall reserve operations and conservation and the other managing the member services function and facilities administration. Role 1 | General Manager / Warden

Core Criteria:

• Proven senior management experience in a lodge, reserve, or hospitality environment, ideally in a general manager or warden capacity
• Strong understanding of ecological and land management principles, or willingness to work closely with conservation bodies
• Experience managing a multi-department team, including performance reviews, discipline, and staff development
