Job Description
**Description:** -Performs manual tasks to assist Maintenance Mechanic with facility or machine maintenance. Prepares coolant for machine shop.
-Performs housekeeping on manufacturing floor according to established schedule. Picks up and disposes of garbage, scrubs aisles and mops down stairwells.
-Inspects forklifts, Van, eyewash stations, and fire extinguishers according to established schedule.
-Collects cardboard and prepares for recycling. Disposes of scrap metal and empties chip barrels.
-Monitors Haz-Waste room and wastewater tank. Disposes expired paint and sealant. Assists Haz-Material vendor in loading material onto truck.
-Administers blood-borne pathegon cleanup.
-Provides assistance to office employees in moving boxes, furniture, supplies, etc.
-Completes local deliveries and pickups to support maintenance repair efforts.
-Performs other duties as assigned.
