Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- To service the clients’ general insurance needs
- Understand the clients’ insurance requirement, provide advice & quotation to clients on the insurance coverage required, negotiate with insurance company for the best rates and terms, close the sales transaction, follow up on premium payment
- To place the coverage with the insurers and to process all necessary documents
- To review and negotiate renewal terms and follow up on policy renewal before expiry
- Ensure proper documentation of policies and correspondence
- Diploma/Degree in any field with minimum 2 year experience preferably in the insurance industry
- Possess a Certificate in General Insurance and Health Insurance, Diploma in Insurance will have an added advantage
- Entry level candidates who are keen to learn will be considered as junior executives for training
