Job Description

General Engineering Supervisor (Trucks). The purpose of this role is to oversee infrastructure assets, equipment, processes, and people for maximum availability and safety compliance.

This role is in Engineering (ENG) department on a Band 6 (D1) level reporting to the Section Engineer Trucks & Shovels.

Key Responsibilities Ensure a safe and healthy work environment in which workers and contractors can deliver their outputs within a controlled risk environment. People Management Lead and develop the team's performance according to company policies and systems. Drive the delivery of objectives and hold team members accountable for their work.
