**Position Summary**
Provides an aesthetic and safe access to work environment through landscape and preventive maintenance programs for inside and outside hospital property and equipment. Provides preventive and general maintenance services on hospital movable and fixed capital equipment in order to repair and prevent premature wear and malfunctioning.
**Education**
**Required**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
**Preferred**
+ Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in a mechanical or related field.
**Experience**
**Required**
+ Minimum of one (1) year of experience in grounds maintenance or a mechanical-related field, such as automotive repair, machine shop operations, or similar technical environments.
