Key Requirements

Degree: Any Engineering Degree or higher qualification. Minimum 15 years of project execution experience with at least 7 years in a managerial role. Proven experience in high‑rise towers, large‑scale developments, residential villas, and full project lifecycle delivery. Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and international construction standards. Proficiency in construction and project management software. Strong leadership, team building, and conflict management skills. Excellent planning, negotiation, and communication abilities. Dynamic personality with a result‑oriented mindset. Ability to manage change, take calculated risks, and maintain strong working relationships.
