Location: Toronto, ON (3 days hybrid onsite) Duration: 6 months contract with the possibility of extension and conversion to full time We're looking for a Senior GenAI Engineer having 10+ Years of experience in designing and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions supporting insurance sales advisors. Architect and build RAG-based AI solutions Develop scalable GenAI services Evaluate and optimize LLM performance Implement AI guardrails and monitoring Mentor junior team members Key Requirements
6+ years in ML/NLP/AI Engineering 2+ years working with GenAI/LLMs Robust experience with: OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Llama RAG, Embeddings, Vector Databases Azure Cloud Architecture Prompt Engineering & Agentic AI LLMOps / GenAIOps Production AI Deployments Nice to Have
Insurance or Financial Services experience Power BI / Tableau SQL & Data Modeling
