Position Summary

Royal Inland Hospital (RIH) in Kamloops is seeking a full time Gastroenterologist to join a collaborative and skilled group dedicated to exceptional patient care. This role offers a rewarding mix of hospital-based and community practice within a team that values collegiality, shared expertise, and high quality service. Our gastroenterologists provide general gastroenterology and hepatology care through a referral-based practice that includes participation in the provincial Colorectal Cancer Screening Program. The group operates with a centralized referral system and a unified EMR (Accuro), which the successful candidate will be welcomed into. Additional GI subspecialty training is welcomed but not required. The division is supported by a colorectal surgeon with advanced IBD expertise.
