Gardening task: scarify lawn and assess moss issues

I'm looking for a gardener to scarify my lawn and evaluate its health. The ideal match would be someone who can remove thatch buildup, aerate where needed, and check for moss growth. The job includes light edging around borders and advising on follow-up lawn care. Please bring or supply a scarifier if you have one, and share a quick plan for aftercare (top-dressing, overseeding, and lawn feed). Availability this week would be great, and I’d prefer a morning start. I live in a modest suburban garden with astandard-size lawn (roughly 60-70 m²).
