Gardening maintenance for small backyard in Ireland

I'm looking for a reliable gardener to take care of my small backyard in Dublin. Tasks include mowing the lawn, trimming hedges, weeding flower beds, and general tidy-up. Please bring your own tools and be prepared to adjust the schedule to fit mild weather. I prefer someone who can come weekly or bi-weekly, and who can provide a quick phone update after each visit. Access is easy, and the gate is unlocked during the work. Basic garden waste disposal is a plus.
