Job Description
TD Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Gardener Team Leader to join our client, a well-established landscaping and grounds maintenance company based in the Salisbury area.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role. You'll be leading a small team, ensuring projects are completed to a high standard while maintaining excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading and supervising a small team of landscapers and gardeners.
