Job Description
We’re looking for a reliable Gardener to assist in maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces across the Masterton District. You'll assist with a variety of gardening and maintenance tasks on one of our projects.
About The Role
Reporting to the Team Manager and working closely alongside your team members, you will be responsible for all aspects of gardening across the Masterton District Council contract.
Your duties will include everything from, planting, weeding, pruning to blowing, spraying, weed eating, and general vegetation control tasks. You will ensure maintenance is top-notch, timely, and planned, while keeping things safe for the community, your team, and yourself. Typical duties will include:
- Create gardens meeting client specifications, including following garden plans, sourcing necessary plants and materials, and planting according to guidelines and plant needs
