We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the development, industrialization, and growth of a Gallium Nitride (GaN) technology platform. This role combines deep technical expertise in semiconductor process development with strategic leadership, customer engagement, and team management. The successful candidate will define the technology roadmap, oversee platform evolution, and ensure the successful transfer of advanced GaN technologies into manufacturing.
