Responsibilities
Own the 12‑month and 24‑month roadmap and quarterly release plan.
Project‑manage every game from kickoff, GDD sign‑off, dev sprints, art and audio delivery, internal QA, lab submission, ORYX integration, soft launch, to live operation.
Hire, onboard, and performance‑manage the studio team.
Manage external vendors (art, audio, legal, accounting).
Coordinate B2B licensing.
Make build‑vs‑buy decisions for adjacent capabilities such as analytics, simulation tooling, and art pipeline.
