In the first 6 months you will focus on sharpening core gameplay, game feel, pacing and player satisfaction. You lead across design, level design, UI/UX, tech and product decisions, and you monitor key metrics to drive iteration. You will contribute to a live, scalable project within a mission-driven publisher that aims to entertain the world with enduring mobile experiences.
