Job Description
We’re looking for a highly analytical Game Designer to help us create high-retention, scalable Roblox experiences built around strong progression loops, social systems, and viral gameplay mechanics. This is not a “just write ideas” role.
We want someone who deeply understands why Roblox games succeed, can break down top-performing titles, and translate insights into systems that improve retention, engagement, and monetization. What You’ll Do
Design gameplay loops, progression systems, economies, and social mechanics
Analyze top Roblox games and identify patterns behind their success
Create clear design documentation, balancing systems, and feature breakdowns
Work closely with developers to rapidly prototype and iterate
Use analytics, player behavior, and market trends to make design decisions
