- Upholster sofas, chairs and other furniture using fabric, leather and synthetic materials.
- Measure, cut and fit upholstery materials according to design specifications.
- Install foam, padding, springs and cushioning materials.
- Repair, reupholster and restore damaged furniture.
- Inspect finished products to ensure workmanship and quality standards.
- Maintain upholstery tools, equipment and a clean work area.
- Work closely with the production team to complete orders on schedule.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Furniture Upholsterer.
- Skilled in sofa upholstery using fabric, leather and other upholstery materials.
- Able to measure, cut and fit materials accurately.
- Good knowledge of upholstery tools and furniture production processes.
