Responsibilities:

• Origination, structuring, and execution of fund financings for APAC-based financial sponsors
• Support ongoing credit requests / surveillance
• Develop, support, and implement product innovation and enhancement
• Support ad-hoc tasks and initiatives
• Lead front-to-end execution of fund finance transactions (including subscription finance)
• Perform due diligence and financial analysis of fund sponsor and institutional investor
• Prepare, review, and negotiate term sheet with investment manager / fund sponsor
• Prepare and present credit application to obtain approval for new financing, refinancing, and ad-hoc customer requests (i.e. facility extension, accordion, change of condition)
• Documentation with legal counsel and closing facilitation with internal stakeholders
