Fund Associate

Africa, KenyaOur client is seeking a highly analytical Fund Associate to join its investment team in Nairobi. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative investments across Africa within the financial services, digital finance and alternative credit sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Perform financial analysis and develop investment financial models.

Review financial statements, forecasts and benchmarking analyses.

Assist with due diligence, transaction execution and investment structuring.

Prepare Investment Committee memoranda and meeting minutes.

Conduct covenant analysis and review legal documentation.

Maintain investment pipelines and data rooms.

Prepare presentations, market research and investor materials.

Support investment team initiatives and stakeholder engagements.
