Functional Skills Tutor (English & Maths)
Location: West Midlands (Remote Delivery with travel required)
Contract: Part-time / Permanent
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 Pro Rata, depending on hours and experience
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Functional Skills Tutor (English and/or Maths) to join our growing team. This is a predominantly remote delivery role , with travel required across the West Midlands for learner invigilation, staff training, meetings, and events.
You will play a key role in supporting learners to develop essential English and Maths skills, helping them gain qualifications and progress into further education, employment, or apprenticeships.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Functional Skills sessions in English and/or Maths via remote learning platforms.
- Plan, prepare and deliver high‑quality, learner‑centred lessons.
