Are you passionate about helping learners achieve their full potential? We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Functional Skills Tutor to join our friendly and supportive team in Grays.
You will play a key role in supporting learners in English and/or Maths (Entry Level to Level 2), helping them gain essential qualifications for further education, training or employment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and personalised Functional Skills lessons (English and/or Maths)
Assess learners’ needs and progress, providing constructive feedback
Develop and adapt learning materials to suit individual learner goals
Support learners in both group and 1:1 settings
