Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide functional support and maintenance for corporate mobile applications.
- Receive, analyze, track, and address incidents, requests and problems related to the applications.
- Support business users and technical teams by performing functional analysis, diagnosis and routing of requests.
- Support functional testing cycles, user acceptance testing and validation of mobile applications.
- Operate and administer Mobile Center (OpenText/UFT Mobile), Device Farm or similar tools.
- Manage Android and iOS devices, performing configuration, preparation and provisioning for test execution.
- Analyze logs and failure evidence and assist QA and Development teams in identifying root causes and resolving issues.
- Execute tests and validations of REST APIs using Postman or equivalent tools.
- Use incident, request and backlog management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow or similar.
