A Transaction Backer at Cyberbacker ensures smooth and timely real estate transactions from contract execution through to closing. You will play a key role in keeping all processes organized, coordinated, and on track for a seamless client experience.



This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who excel in communication, coordination, and structured workflow management.



Key Responsibilities

Manage all stages of buyer and seller transactions from contract to closing

Coordinate title, escrow, mortgage, loan, and appraisal processes

Organize inspections and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders

Ensure all documents are submitted for broker compliance

Coordinate moving and possession schedules

Schedule, coordinate, and attend closings

Maintain accurate client database records
