Job Description
Join the Western University community as a full-time Technology Support Specialist, contributing to medical and dental education in London, Ontario. This role centers on user support and technology management for the Elentra learning management system.
Operating at a mid-level, you will assist medical and dental students, residents, and clinical fellows by providing first-level support for the Elentra system. Collaborate closely with IT and contribute to software testing and the creation of instructional materials. Your expertise will help maintain the technology infrastructure vital for the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver first-level support for Elentra users
• Work alongside IT Specialists for software management
• Prepare training documentation for system users
• Implement IT projects and support data analysis
• Resolve technical issues for academic personnel
Requirements:
• Community college diploma or IT degree
