We are seeking passionate individuals for full-time summer painting positions. Candidates excited to be part of a high-energy team and with a motivation for outdoor work will thrive. Experience in painting is a plus, but a positive attitude and strong work ethic are what we value most. Room for advancement to crew foreman or production manager roles is available throughout the season.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, clean, and repair surfaces for painting
• Apply paint and finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
• Work with ladders; must be comfortable with heights
• Collaborate with team members in outdoor settings
• Execute tasks in accordance with safety standards
