AVDG Creative Studio is looking for an exceptional Senior Pattern Maker & Product Developer to join our growing team in Barcelona.

This is not a traditional pattern making role.

We’re looking for someone who is equally creative and technical. Someone who can work alongside our Creative Director to transform ideas into beautifully engineered garments, often from nothing more than a sketch, reference image, drape or creative conversation.

Many of our designs begin long before technical packs exist, so confidence in interpreting creative direction and independently developing garments is essential. You will play a key role in the product development process, helping shape each collection from initial concept through to final production.
