Full-Time Recruitment Specialist at Horizon North

Become a key player at Horizon North Camps & Catering as a full-time Recruitment Specialist in Thunder Bay, Ontario. This role focuses on staffing solutions within a collaborative team environment.
In this position reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to virtual interviews. Also, you will effectively coordinate with field staff and management to ensure timely staffing. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required for events and job fairs.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
