Full Time Recreation Worker Role

Become a pivotal part of community development as a Recreation Worker. This full-time, temporary role focuses on creating and implementing recreational programs for residents across various domains.
As a Recreation Worker, you will assess, plan, and evaluate programming tailored to residents' needs. Reporting to the Manager of Community Inclusion, your responsibilities include liaising with external suppliers and coordinating volunteers. Your efforts will enhance residents' cultural, spiritual, intellectual, social, and physical well-being through tailored activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create recreational programs aligned with residents' goals
• Serve as a main contact for recreational programming
• Plan vacations that meet Person-Centred Goals
• Maintain and recommend equipment for recreation
