Sephora Canada seeks a dedicated Full-Time Operations Consultant to enhance stockroom management and client interactions. Partner with the Operations Supervisor to streamline merchandise organization and ensure a welcoming environment.
This position combines client service and operational duties, focusing on stockroom tasks, Point-Of-Sale training for cashiers, and adherence to store presentation standards. You will also participate in reducing inventory shortages and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional service to clients in-store
• Assist in training cashiers on POS systems
• Organize and verify merchandise in the stockroom
• Communicate directly with supervisors regarding inventory
• Follow all safety and compliance regulations
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years retail/client service experience
