Full-Time Community Support Specialist — Central Auckland

Spectrum Care in Central Auckland is seeking a dedicated Community Support Worker to join our Central Residential Service. You’ll support adults with disabilities to live independently in safe homes, helping with daily tasks, personal goals, and community involvement.

This hands-on, heart-led role requires full shift availability (day, afternoon, night, weekend, sleepover). You’ll work in a supportive team, with induction and training, and opportunities to progress qualifications.
