Full Time Butcher

We are currently seeking a full time Butcher to join our team at Johnson Meats. The position is full time. For a successful candidate an annual salary of $75,000 + $85,000 + superannuation will be offered.

Responsibilities:

1. Cutting, grinding and preparing meats for sale.
2. Operating meat-cutting machinery
3. Seasoning, smoking or marinating meat
4. Processing meat into smallgoods and other meat-based products
5. Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment and ensuring displays and signage are accurate and attractive.
6. Weighing, packaging, pricing, and displaying products.
