Job Overview

Assistant Service Managers are responsible for supporting the Service Manager in many of the daily duties of the operations and provide leadership and direction to the front of house staff while ensuring the guest experience from beginning to end is exceptional and memorable while exhibiting customer service, product knowledge, enthusiasm, and passion.
