Responsibilities

The Assistant Director of Care reports to the Director of Care of the Long-Term Care residence and works collaboratively with the senior management team to plan, organize, direct, and coordinate resident care activities within approved policies and procedures (including onboarding and annual staff education, staff health and safety and infection prevention and control programs). Ensures residents’ care is evaluated continuously.
